| PETS: Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved by management. Each pet situation will be reviewed individually to consider approval. Aggressive animals are not accepted. There will be a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Any tenant who sneaks in an unauthorized pet will be subject to a $200 fine plus be required to remove the pet immediately or be subject to eviction. |
